Young Professionals Program
This program constitutes an alternative form of recruiting that permits the enrollment of students in a structured internship system. It is directed at the incorporation, training and development of students advanced in their legal careers having high potential and excellent academic level.
It consists of a one-year internship that includes rotation and training in different areas of our firm, allowing the young professional to obtain specific experience in each one of the areas as well as in the policies and procedures of our firm.
In each of the internship areas a senior attorney acts as a mentor. The mentor’s responsibility is to:
· Insert and guide the intern through the firm explaining the rules, procedures and general methodologies of the firm as well as those specific to the practice area of the professional.
· Assign work and supervise, making any necessary adjustments and corrections.
· Evaluate the performance, identifying the potential for development, at the end of the quarter.
