In particular in the case of junior professionals, academic performance, growth potential, language skills, flexibility and efficiency are all considered.
Semi-senior attorneys should also be capable of delegating and monitoring work. Seniors attorneys are professionals with superior technical quality and independence, able to lead, manage and motivate work teams and with the ability to manage highly complex matters.
Junior and semi-senior professionals are encouraged to carry out post-graduate studies and professional international internships in firms having a working relationship with M.& M. Bomchil.
Attorneys are evaluated every six months in order to examine the degree of accomplishment of the goals of their category. Professionals of certain seniority also evaluate those attorneys who are part of their work team.
