Francisco M. Gutiérrez is part of the Regulatory & Administrative Law Department of the firm and is the partner in charge of the Telecommunication area. He advices on regulatory and commercial issues as well as litigation and international arbitration matters. He has also given advice to national and foreign telecommunications authorities.
He worked as a legal advisor for the Regulatory Telecommunication Public Body for four years. In 1996 he left his position as Manager of Regulatory and Legal Affairs to join the firm. The extensive professional experience attained while working for the private sector as well as the public sector allows him to have an integral view of the Argentine telecommunications market, which is a key combination to balance the factors that come into play to give proper and effective advice to clients.
He is the former Chairperson of the board of Asociación Argentina de Derecho de las Telecomunicaciones and has lectured at seminars and meetings related to telecommunications. He serves as professor of postgraduate courses at Universidad Austral and Universidad Católica Argentina.
He graduated from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba and obtained a Master of Administrative Law from Universidad Austral.
