The Secretariat of Foreign Trade opened an investigation on products of Korea, China, India and Thailand

Through Resolution No. 39/2012 published in the Official Journal on April 25, 2012, the Secretariat decided the initiation of a dumping investigation regarding poly (ethylene terephthalate) in granules, intrinsic viscosity higher than or equal to 0.7 dl/g but lower than or equal to 0.86 dl/g, originated from Korea, China, Chinese Taipei, India and Thailand. The involved product is classified according to Mercosur Customs Code 3907.60.00.
