As part of its ongoing practice, our firm has developed important experience in international arbitrations under the rules of the ICC, ICSID, LCIA and UNICITRAL, among others.
Our firm is considered a regional leader in this area and its main partners regularly participate as lawyers, arbitrators or experts in the main conflicts related to regulatory matters and investments protected by the treaties for the promotion and protection of reciprocal investments.
The firm has also extensive and recognized participation in national arbitrations, mainly before the Court of General Arbitration of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange and under the rules of the Business Center of Mediation and Arbitration.
In this connection, our lawyers act as private counsel as well as arbitrators, some of them being substitute arbitrators of the Court of General Arbitration of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange.
M. & M. Bomchil is one of the founders of the Business Center of Mediation and Arbitration, a civil association founded by important Argentinean law and auditing firms having as its main objective the administration of arbitration proceedings under the UNCITRAL rules. One of our lawyers presently occupies the seat of Secretary of this association.
