Biography
Paula Beveraggi graduated as a lawyer from Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1997.
She joined the firm in August 2000, as a member of Mergers & Acquisitions and Entertainment Departments.
She has been actively involved in a number of M&A transactions related to the acquisition and sale of companies and worked on and coordinated due diligence processes. She has taken part in several corporate mergers and reorganizations and has actively interacted with the Tax, Social Security and Corporate and Commercial Departments of the firm.
In addition, she has also worked on financings; debt-restructuring processes and has experience in insolvency workouts and issuance of negotiable obligations.
She has vast experience in counseling programmers, producers, cable operators and, in general, media clients. She has a solid knowledge of the broadcasting regulatory framework.
