Máximo Bomchil is a senior partner of the firm and he has been its managing partner for more than 30 years.
Mr. Bomchil represents and advices domestic and foreign clients in corporate and tax matters, as well as in corporate acquisitions and reorganizations.
He served as professor of several courses related to corporate law and international tax law at Universidad Austral, Universidad de Buenos Aires and Universidad Católica Argentina.
Mr. Bomchil actively participates in non-profit associations, holding positions such as Vice-president of the French-Argentine Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Vice-president of Renault Foundation, President of Alianza Francesa de Buenos Aires, member of the Administration Council of the Fondation Alliance Française and former director of Colegio de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, on behalf of which he acts before the International Bar Association, in which he is Vice-President of the Law Firm Management Committee.
Mr. Bomchil is member of board of directors and audit committees of well-known domestic and foreign companies.
In 1993 was ordered Knight of L'Ordre Nationale du Mérit from the French Republic.
Mr. Bomchil graduated from Universidad Católica Argentina in 1973. In 1976 he obtained the degree of Doktor Jura from Ludwig Maximilian University, Germany and in 1977 obtained the degree of Master of Law from the University College, London University.
Besides Spanish, he is fluent in English, French and German.
