M. & M. Bomchil advises PSA Finance Argentina Compañía Financiera S.A. in the issuance of notes

M. & M. Bomchil represented PSA Finance Argentina Compañía Financiera S.A. in the issuance of its series No. 5 and 6 of notes (“obligaciones negociables”) under its global program for the public offering of notes for the amount of AR$ 300,000,000 (about US$ 70,000,000). The Company placed AR$ 70,000,000 (approximately US$ 16,200,000) at a floating rate BADLAR plus 2.50% margin and AR$ 30,000,000 (approximately US$ 7,000,000) at a fixed rate of 19.50%.

PSA Finance Argentina Compañía Financiera S.A. was incorporated in 2000 by BBVA Banco Francés S.A. and Banque PSA Finance for the purpose of financing clients who belong to the Peugeot and Citroën automobile commercial network in Argentina.

BBVA Banco Francés S.A. acted both as organizer and placement agent and Standard Bank Argentina S.A., as co-placement agent.

The transaction was led by partner Néstor J. Belgrano, with the participation of associates María Victoria Funes and Daniela Bianchi
