Dumping

The Secretariat of Industry, Commerce and of Small and Medium Size Business granted the opening of an antidumping investigation on exports to Argentina of steel pipes, welded or seamless, used for the extraction of oil and gas, from the People’s Republic of China.

Involved products are classified according to the following Mercosur Customs Codes: 7304.29.10, 7304.29.31, 7304.29.39, 7304.29.90 and 7306.29.00.
