The Province of Buenos Aires has approved a new pathogenic waste transport manifest model

On May 24th, 2012 the Official Gazette of the Province of Buenos Aires published Resolution No. 85/2012 from the Sustainable Development Provincial Agency. This regulation approves a new electronic method for the issuance of a pathogenic waste transport manifest, which shall contain the information of the generator, the carrier and the operator of the pathogenic waste. The Resolution shall be in force 30 days as from the date of its publication.
