The Secretariat of Industry and Commerce initiated a sunset review of the antidumping duties imposed on exports to Argentina of liquid dielectric three-phase transformers originated from Brazil

Through Resolution No. 380/2012 published in the Official Journal on July 19, 2012, the Secretariat decided the initiation of a sunset review of antidumping duties imposed on exports to Argentina of liquid dielectric three-phase transformers with an output higher than 10,000 KVA but equal to or lower than 600,000 KVA originated from Brazil. The involved products are classified according to Mercosur Customs Code 8504.23.00.
The Secretariat also established that the antidumping duties imposed on the investigation which gave rise to this sunset review will remain in force until the conclusion of the proceeding.
