The Foreign Trade Secretariat initiated a sunset review of an antidumping duty

Through Resolution No. 50 published in the Official Journal on March 8, 2012, the Secretariat decided the initiation of a sunset review regarding mechanic or digital microwave ovens, with or without grill, of a capacity equal to or not exceeding 37 liters, originated from China. The involved product is classified according to Mercosur Customs Code 8516.50.00.
