DUMPING

The Secretariat of Industry and Commerce initiated a sunset review of an antidumping duty.

Through Resolution No. 499 published in the Official Journal on November 29, 2011, the Secretariat decided the initiation of a sunset review regarding vacuum flasks and other vacuum vessels with stainless steel inners, of a capacity equal to or not exceeding 2.5 liters, originated from China. The involved product is classified according to Mercosur Customs Code 9617.00.10.
