Court freezes antitrust investigation against Monsanto

On September 30 2008 the Federal Civil and Commercial Court of Appeals of the City of Buenos Aires put on hold the investigation initiated by the National Antitrust Commission against a number of companies of the Monsanto Group for presumed abuse of intellectual property rights in Europe as an anticompetitive conduct with effects in Argentina.
